Biography
I pledged Zeta Lambda in Fall of 1976 and became active in Spring 1977 as part of the BIO 6 pledge class. Rick Warther is my big brother. I have been married to the same woman for 35 years and have three children. The youngest, Thomas, is a Sigma Chi. While Cleveland has been my home for most of my life, I have lived in Bermuda for several years and more recently, Atlanta. Over the course of my life I have remained in touch with my Zeta Lambda brothers and have met many fellow Sigs, many of whom became close friends. It’s amazing who you meet and find you have much in common and then find out they are a brother. I remain active in Sigma Chi and a Life Loyal Sig.
Favorite ΣΧ memory
Without a doubt, my best memory is pinning my son, Thomas, when he become an active Sigma Chi at OU. I used the very same badge I was pinned with during my activation in Spring 1977 as part of the BIO 6 pledge class.
