Recently a competition was started by a local downtown Mexican restaurant, Fresco, to promote and advertise the establishment throughout the Greek community. Each fraternity and sorority was given their own hashtag which they would incorporate into their tweets as well as on Facebook. We are proud to announce that we won this competition and as a reward raised $850 for the Huntsman Cancer Foundation. So far, we have raised approximately $1000 for Derby Days and are looking to continue our fundraising efforts next semester. If you would like to donate to Derby Days or find out more information about how you can become involved, please contact the Annotator, Joseph Brown. Again we are very fortunate and thankful for all efforts and look forward to another successful Derby Days this spring.

Hello fellow brothers of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. My name is Dan Hronek and I am the Tribune and Alumni Relations Correspondent for the Kent State University, Zeta Lambda chapter of Sigma Chi. This year I will be working closely with my pledge brother Matthew Thomas Coplai in coordinating many events throughout the year. We received a phenomenal turnout at Homecoming with alumni this year. It will be my job to always keep the beloved alumni of this prestigious fraternity informed and involved in every opportunity.
